Coastal Compass partners with several of the area’s colleges, universities and craft schools. The organization recently added another partner to that list – St. Leo University.
St. Leo University, originally founded in St. Leo, Fla. has established several satellite campuses, including the new partner of Coastal Compass, located at Corpus Christi’s Naval Air Station. The university tailors its programs to adult students and military members by offering flexible class schedules and online degree programs.
Partners of Coastal Compass actively participate in the center’s events and have access to the office for recruiting and outreach efforts. Coastal Compass aims to bridge the gap between area colleges and students, by coordinating events that bring both groups together.
Adding St. Leo University as a partner gives Coastal Compass a more rounded set of partnerships and allows them to reach a larger group of students in the Coastal Bend.
